To facilitate any return or exchange, please ensure you or your customer records a video while opening the parcel. This video will serve as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.
Damaged or Broken Products: If a product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with the recorded video. Upon verification, we will process the return or exchange of the item promptly.
